August 7, 2015 at 9:35 pm #452263Wait, isn’t Danger Zone in the C3 database?
August 7, 2015 at 11:58 pm #452275Wait, isn’t Danger Zone in the C3 database?i have updated to remove my link, yet still leave note that I made a custom of the song.
Now set with only a C3 link. I hope this can please both sides, but if you just want me removing any mention I authored this ( ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” /> ) I will oblige.
I made it so long ago. It really doesn’t matter anymore.
August 8, 2015 at 12:13 am #452276I’m not an admin, it’s not my call what does and doesn’t get mentioned. I just wanted to point out that the song had a custom on the C3 database is all.
August 8, 2015 at 12:33 am #452280Thanks for more SNFU. Someday I need to find the time to do songs off of “And Nobody Else Wanted to Play”. One of most classic metal/punk albums of the 80’s.

Their next album, “In The Meantime, and In Between Time”, is also a kick ass album. “Head Smash Buffalo Jump” is a catchy number for sure.
I hope you enjoy these. Feedback is totally fine, but I’m ‘out’ until further notice, and most likely won’t fix any issues.
Not a personal thing, I just really don’t like charting.
Thank Canuck for his work on Big Thumbs. Good man. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
August 8, 2015 at 3:20 am #452286First SNFU song I ever heard was “Reality Is Like a Ride on the Bus”, on Punk O Rama Vol. 1
A few months ago I was searching for the oldest videos on youtube I could find for some punk bands and I found this one from 1983. Can’t believe how young they are!

That is total Public Access gold!
I saw them play in Kamloops once, and opened for them once many years later (The FUYLABA era).
Last April I was in Long & McQuade renting speakers and I swear I saw Chi Pig working there.
P.S. I should have mentioned these songs are in LIVE format. You have to convert them to CON. I am just that lazy. Don’t you judge me.

I never got a chance to see them live back in their Epitaph years of the mid to late 90’s partially because they didn’t seem to tour to Los Angeles that often. I met a dude who was a roadie for them during the FYULABA era at a party and he was friends with members of Strung Out, Ten Foot Pole, and Pulley back then who were all bands on Epitaph. Being from the same town as these bands it was easy to stumble upon them at random parties locally. This is all a haze to me now because its almost about 20 years ago.

The story goes, “SNFU being from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, has been going their own for years. Long enough for Mr. Brett to say, ‘hey let’s do am album’. SNFU signed a 3 album deal with some great producers (Pennywise don’t quote me on that). So they came to Cali and had a blast with their room service and whatever drugs the concierge could find. (Hyperbole). Turns out, epitaph was only paying recording. The other expenses were on the guys. The whole deal ended with them breaking even”.
That’s the story I was given.
Be cool to meet some old school guys, like Strung Out as you mentioned. I loves me a good old punk band story.
