I’m going to be honest i’ve been trying to figure out how to author songs for awhile now and i’m making little to no progress the tutorials honestly don’t help me much is there anyone who can do like a setup tutorial or am i missing one because i am really confused by all this i’ve even tried taking some FoF songs to see if i can convert them just for the hell of it and its not going smoothly can anyone give me some advice on how to do this i would really like to author some songs to contribute to the C3 community and get some artists that aren’t in rock band a chance to shine.If i can get this working i have a song idea on my first song so its pretty easy to hear most of the parts except bass. Any help would be appreciated
Unfortunately the PDF tutorial is as simple as we can probably go. A lot of it is studying the programs, checking what a Repaer project looks like, etc.
I’ve just started making customs about a month or two ago and I have to say that I was completely lost in the beginning. But after watching pksage’s live stream and just watching and going to the RBN docs and stuff as I was working. I feel 1000% more comfortable about the customs that I am making. Although I probably run into some pretty novice (I would think) problems, I’m making my way through my songs. Very slowly, but surely. Just keep reading and catching the videos and working on a song as your doing so. Trust me, once you start playing a song you authored in game, It feels like you are watching your kid take its first step. It’s totally awe-inspiring.
