I’ve actually been considering listing a small rental property I inherited, and Auction.com came up in a few real estate threads. Before diving in, though, I did a little digging and came upon some Auction Com reviews that raised a few flags, especially around communication during the closing process. Definitely something to weigh before making any final moves.
