Oh yeah, you were there since the the very beginning, I remember that. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif”> For me those guys who thanked me for my customs really made a difference!
October 1, 2015 at 9:24 am #456362It’s fun reading the original e-mail thread. Also, the other authors can blame/hate me for this thought (not that I was the only one to have the thought – far from it) – I’m still kind of stunned with how far this project went considering the rather modest goals, and the folks involved (yes, even the people I ‘fought’ with) will always have my respect.
Could not agree more.
October 1, 2015 at 12:16 pm #456370I almost made it with out a tear then that one last slide! I may have only found this place in the past year, but I love it. I only wish I found it sooner. My biggest thanks to everyone, it’s been a blast waking up every saturday morning waiting to see what C3 had in store. It was like christmas morning every week
October 1, 2015 at 1:43 pm #456375I´ve played now all the Plastik Rock Stuff for 6 straight years consequenty, and its so sad to me that I discovered this whole Project way toooo late!!! But I´m so glad that I at least discovered it at all, and I´m so thankful for all these good Customs, which some of them feel even more professional generated than most original Songs!
Musically, I´m more from the Rap n HipHop Corner, but I listen to all kind of Music, but at least 50 % from all the customs here I´ve never heard of before, Songs and Groups…that showes me that all of you have even a big big fable for music itself!!
I´m almost 35 years of age now, and sometimes my peeps who doesn´t want or like the plastic rock, they smile at me, but I don´t care! I love it too much, and in this month, when all the new games with instruments come out, I´ll bought it!
And if there will be the possibillity that you can do customs for the next generation games, I´ll try it myself to custom some songs and share it with all of you guys!
Thanks again for all the great work! I appreciate it a lot!!! And sorry for my bad english ^^
Greetings from Homburg, Germany!
October 1, 2015 at 2:33 pm #456378Great Video Nemo . Nice work to all involved.
I like many others found C3 earlier this year. I used to joke with my band mates. Someday I or someone will figure out a way to make our own songs for RB3. Then I ran across C3 and my music world was turned upside down overnight. I couldn’t download all these great customs fast enough until I found out about the 3,000 song limit. lol
I greatly appreciate all the hard work & long hours you great people have spent authoring these wonderful songs & shared with people all over the world for Free. I was rocking out to songs I only dreamed of someday being in RB all because of this great massive community you guys built from scratch.
Yes you great folks that started C3 take a BOW ! ( You Built This City – Starship ) Lets hope it lives for a loooong Time.
A Big Thanks to everyone I have ever downloaded a song or many songs from. You will forever be remembered in our RB world.
I have to say that video brought a tear to my eye. I know the C stands for Customs! But it should stand for CLASS ACT………
That’s what each of you are in my book. A Class Act. If people in the world could pull together like they have on C3 site.
The World would be a better place .
Thank you again ! I hate to see you go. But you guys deserve a vacation.
C u in RB4 . ( Long Live Rock n Roll – Rainbow )
October 1, 2015 at 6:46 pm #456388Been around since the end of 2013 so I guess that makes me an oldie on these forums, but I just want to thank everyone again.
…and remember just because c3 is done, we owe it to them, to ourselves to keep this forum alive. Think of this as a new chapter rather than the end.
TrojanNemo, great video mate.
October 1, 2015 at 10:48 pm #456395i’ve been here since, the release of Do Ya. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />
October 2, 2015 at 1:49 am #456398I’ve been at it since this old thing
October 2, 2015 at 7:34 am #456407Just watched the long version, and that certainly was a trip down memory lane! Thanks for making this Nemo!
October 2, 2015 at 11:49 am #456415Not sure but could this mean that there will be no new dlc after RB4?
https://twitter.com/RockBand/status/320177499403350016
If no dlc comes after RB4, will c3 return?
October 2, 2015 at 11:52 am #456416Are you seriously quoting a 2.5 year old tweet, and assuming it still applies, even though they’ve already made it clear DLC is coming back?
Wow…
Sent from my Galaxy Note 4 using Tapatalk Pro.
October 2, 2015 at 11:53 am #456417Dude that tweet is from 2013, we’ve had official DLC since then.
EDIT: Nemo beat me to it. Seriously though, how do you miss that?
October 2, 2015 at 11:53 am #456418That was 2.5 years old ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
Sorry.
October 3, 2015 at 1:33 am #456577I’m glad you guys got together to make this community of custom creators. I thought I’d have to move on and stop looking forward to Fridays as the DLC announcements, then you guys came along and changed that, and even improved it by having them available immediately as opposed to waiting until Tuesday.
My favorite memories are seeing all of Images and Words, and Metropolis pt 1 full multi-track and full album customs and almost having a heart attack. I played the hell out of those songs on pro keys, and eventually took it a step further and taught myself how to read sheet music so I could learn the songs properly on my own. Hopefully RB4 won’t disappoint, and hopefully Harmonix decides to put in keyboard support in the future.
