Based on a few sources, there is a way to bring customs to RB4. (Note: PS4)

 

You will need….

A jailbroken PS4 that runs under version 5.07,

Rock Band 4 Version 2.13

a formatted portable hard drive

and Libforge (https://ci.appveyor.com/project/maxton/libforge/branch/master/artifacts)

 

Step One: Extract and open Libforge.

Step 2: Go to [Tools] and click CON to PKG

Step 3: Pick the CON file you are converting.

Step 4: There will be a dropdown and a option for [build for SCEE] (Note: click it if you have the European version)

Step 5: Click [build] and select the output location

Step 6: Drag the .pkg file in the root of the portable hard drive

Step 7: Go to settings on PS4 with the portable hard drive and press [debug settings] and go to the package installer

Step 8: Find the .pkg file and install it

Step 9: Open Rock Band 4

Step 10: Go to song library and it will show up there.

Is there a way to downgrade your PS4 version? From what I’ve read, you have to purchase one that has been jailbroken to that version or below.

xbox 1 you should be able too. my daughter has mods on minecraft on it so same ideals apply.

apps like 8 zip, download manager kit,file downloader,flies and folders lire,r3z,ufo transfer. let you dig right into the xbox folders dl files etc.

and xbox doesnt need jailbroken

If you’re above the version mentioned in the OP, then no. Supposedly, 5.5-7.00 is fully exploitable but nobody’s actually released the exploit yet.

I recommend following Maxton’s thread, as he is the developer of the tools, he also goes into more detali and provides some alternatives incase the first option doesn’t work for you.

While minecraft lets you access and add content with the file browser, RB4 does not. You would need a jailbreak / homebrew enabler like we have with some versions of the PS4 in order to have customs on Xbox one.
