October 30, 2013 at 9:01 pm #408663Apparently, John Bonham used to do some carpentry. So my guess is more Led Zeppelin. (Woo-hoo!) Whole Lotta Love? When The Levee Breaks? Something else? Either way, color me piqued.
Oh great, now you’ve got my hopes through the roof. If it’s true, I will finally have a reason to look forward to Halloween which is otherwise my most despised “holiday.” It’s true, I’ve become a Halloween version of Scrooge in my “grown-up” years. Perhaps more Led Zep tracks will be the ghosts from the past that will turn it around for me.
Of course if there are no Zeppelin songs released tomorrow, my crushing disappointment may be the emotional tipping point that drives me into becoming some kind of Halloween super-villain. I sure do hope you’re guess is right Unicyclone. As it turns out, I have a lot riding on this.
I better start thinking up some cool villain names just in case. How about the “Zep-O’lantern”?
…Unicyclone is a GREAT villain name btw.
October 30, 2013 at 9:33 pm #408665I’m trying to think of 3 songs that involve zombies now.
Astro-Zombies – Misfits (FtV)
Zombie – Cranberries
that could be the part of the 3 songs featuring the same title.
The Misfits would only play live on Halloween when they started out. Nothin’ says a Halloween pack like that kind of dedication.
I’m sold on Monster Mash and Thriller. Can’t think of a better guess.
October 30, 2013 at 10:07 pm #408666It does look like were getting Thriller. Oh hell yes!
October 30, 2013 at 11:02 pm #408667Given how most of the songs my hints refer to have been the obvious selections, I’d say you guys are doing pretty well with these guesses.
October 31, 2013 at 12:21 am #408674“These three tracks feature the same title and similar subject matter — but don’t toss and turn trying to figure it out.”
– Marilyn Manson: (This is) Halloween
– Siouxsie & The Banshees: Halloween
– Ministry: (Every Day Is) Halloween
I don’t like it because I’m not using the “toss and turn” clue. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” />

Funny. This was my first consideration for Halloween. (having done Psalm 69)
October 31, 2013 at 5:50 am #408680This track — penned by an English act — was a big part of the soundtrack for the first in this series of teen-oriented films that would make a 19th-century Irish novelist cringe.
The 19th century Irish novelist is none other than Bram Stoker who wrote Dracula. I agree with the other people of this thread who are guessing “Super Massive Black Hole”.
This British act, who are making their series debut, was once mistakenly believed to be a Norwegian act by a Canadian. No, this Canadian was not me.
I havnt got a clue. I’m throwing Genesis out there for my guess.
Though he never worked in construction, the creative mind behind this track used to work with nails, saws, rads, prongs, helmets, and an assortment of heavy metals — though, oddly, never with lead.
I’m also going with Led Zeppelin and the song I hope is “Over the Hills and Far Away”
These three tracks feature the same title and similar subject matter — but don’t toss and turn trying to figure it out.
This has to be the GH converts of the Rocky Horror Picture Show songs done by Trojan Nemo.
This track was eventually covered by the person whose vocal stylings it was trying to mirror.
Good guess with Monster Mash. I’m going with that as well.
Blackmail, Suspicion, Vertigo, Obsession, Misery, and Malice.
Please be Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”!
I dont understand why Misfits “Astro Zombie” isnt in the C3 database. Wasnt this song done by the GHtoRB3 team?

I don’t remember any three songs in the Rocky Horror Picture Show that have the same title ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif” />

Bah, your right. But I still think the Rocky Horror Picture songs are going to be released even though they dont have a hint.

My guess is three songs all called ‘Nightmare’ from the toss and turn clue.
Black Sabbath, Avenged Sevenfold and err…someone else…?
October 31, 2013 at 12:48 pm #408698Well Avenged Sevenfold “Nightmare” was already officially released by Harmonix. Your probably right about three songs having either Nightmare, Hell, Zombies, Halloween, etc in their name title.

This is screaming Udo Dirkschneider and Helloween duet to me for some reason!
October 31, 2013 at 1:14 pm #408701So there is hope we get Accept “Balls to the Wall” from GH Rock the 80’s
October 31, 2013 at 1:29 pm #408703So there is hope we get Accept “Balls to the Wall” from GH Rock the 80’sThat could be it too, but the duet with Helloween seemed more appropriate!
