Hello all,

 

Amid my promises to help a fellow charter with several songs, I want to actually start putting out my own stuff. Naturally I have to get into the habit of starting projects and never finishing them (already have one that I’m almost done with) so I’ve decided to do the entirety of Tears for Fears’ Songs From the Big Chair. Every song from the standard edition of the CD minus the ones already in Rock Band obviously, which means the tracks will include:

1. The Working Hour
2. Mother’s Talk
3. I Believe
4. Broken
5. Listen

If there is enough demand, I will consider adding the songs from the 1999 remaster (or the 1985 cassette version : which includes:

1. The Big Chair
2. Empire Building
3. The Marauders
4. Broken Revisited
5. The Conflict

While I could do this by myself it would go a lot faster and probably be better authored if I had help. What would be most needed:

• Vocals
• Stems if you got ’em
• Possibly pro keys depending on the song
• Tempo mapping
• Someone to keep my emotions together while I author “The Working Hour”. Seriously. That song moves me.

P.S. I haven’t seen anyone mentioning charting these songs so if any of them have already been done/are being worked on, let me know and I’ll remove them from the queue.

 

Edit: If anyone wants to author something specific I haven’t mentioned (guitar, bass, etc.) let me know and we’ll make it happen!
