As a reference, any change in the metadata (title, album, tiers, instruments, etc.) needs a new song ID.
And changing only the the version number counts as changing the entire ID, correct?

The version number is part of the ID, exactly. Also, thanks for considering the single pedal thing, even if you end up considering it not worth it: any effort to release “proper” versions is truly appreciated, I mean it. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif”>
July 27, 2014 at 7:01 pm #425686No problem, Farottone
Well, most songs officially have a single pedal version up in the original post!
Some are really imperfect. “People = Shit”, and I believe “The Mountain”, had poor automatic single pedal reductions, and the original tempo map is far too screwed up to manually fix these. But they are playable, and most others should be of good quality.
As always, let me know if there are any issues, especially with the download links.
July 28, 2014 at 4:29 am #425719Thanks for converting them to single pedal mate, I’ll give them a go later tonight and let you know how they go ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />

July 30, 2014 at 6:00 am #425888If anybody disagrees with any of the charts or difficulty tier/ratings, I would be interested in hearing it.

All good except ‘Another night in london’, the kicks seem really odd or something and it didn’t flow as well. Everything else was pretty good man, loving the work keep it up!
July 30, 2014 at 2:45 pm #425897When you release songs with a single and 2X bass pedal, the file names should be named slightly different. For example both versions of “Planets” are named exactly the same so if you try to add both of them to your library, one of them wants to overwrite the other. All that needs to be done is rename one of them to say “Planets2X”. Magma will do this automatically for you if you have the drum tracks setup in Reaper as such: “Part Drums” for single pedal chart and “Part Drums_2X” for double kick charts.
August 1, 2014 at 2:19 am #426042It’s an Avenged Sevenfold kind of week! The Original Post has been updated with FIVE new original songs (Shepherd of Fire, Not Ready to Die, God Hates Us, Coming Home, and Sidewinder) and one fixed up old chart (Blinded in Chains)!
Blinded in Chains was mostly a double pedal correction, hence the lack of single pedal version (which I no longer have a copy of).
Hope you guys enjoy o:
August 1, 2014 at 2:25 am #426043Cool stuff man. By the way, did you know that jdcow posted several tracks from the “Hail to the King” album on Frets on Fire forums a while back? Those tracks has guitar, bass, drums. I’m not sure if its double bass charting as I have never played them.
August 1, 2014 at 2:42 am #426044Thank you for Sidewinder! I have been waiting for this song since Rock Band came out! Unfortunately, I don’t know how to chart or I would totally assist in making this full band.

Those tracks has guitar, bass, drums. I’m not sure if its double bass charting as I have never played them.Seriously?! Haha. I had no idea. Is Frets on Fire a Rock Band forum? The tracks he made are playable in Rock Band, that is?
I always hear of “Frets on Fire” around these forums, but I just assumed it was another music-based game, or something of the sort.
Thank you for Sidewinder! I have been waiting for this song since Rock Band came out! Unfortunately, I don’t know how to chart or I would totally assist in making this full band.No problem! It is an amazing song that I thought didn’t get enough credit. Hopefully somebody can come along and contribute some guitars to it. Do let me know if you notice any drum chart flaws. This one was really tricky to chart!
All good except ‘Another night in london’, the kicks seem really odd or something and it didn’t flow as well. Everything else was pretty good man, loving the work keep it up!Thanks a bunch! I’m going to redo the single pedal version of “Another Night in London”, because I remember it looking ridiculous whenever I did an automatic reduction. I’ll try to have that up either later tonight, or some point tomorrow
I actually went ahead and just corrected the chart on the spot. The single pedal link for “Another Night in London” should be the corrected, playable version
August 2, 2014 at 3:18 am #426129Along with last night’s six new Avenged Sevenfold song, I added some new conversions today:
Avenged Sevenfold – A Little Piece of Heaven
Alter Bridge – Cry of Achilles
After the Burial – A Wolf Amongst Ravens
and four Asking Alexandria songs
August 2, 2014 at 4:49 am #426131Any chance you can convert some of Maupy2’s customs from the Frets on Fire Forum, like this one, For Today “Crown of Thorns”(https://mega.co.nz/#!ZUF3SJTb!SpLufngfx … rHh3i3VTNU)
August 3, 2014 at 12:53 pm #426239Would love single pedal for;

– blinded in chains
– living dead beat
Thanks man, loving the songs so far ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
