Hello, I am having a problem with one of my USB hard drives. Recently, I added 30 gigs worth of songs to my Hard Drive using Horizon. Before I put them on, I checked all of them with C3 Con Tools and they were perfectly fine. Then I moved them and all of showed up under Rock Band 3 in Horizon so I decided to plug my hard drive back into my Xbox 360 and begin the transfer. Once the hard drive was plugged in I deleted all of the songs to free space on my computer.
However, when I plugged in the hard drive, the Xbox said 30 GB was used up but all the folders said they were empty. I plugged the hard drive back into my computer and, sure enough, there were no songs in Horizon yet only 2 GB were free. As there is so much space taken up, I cannot transfer any additional songs at this time.
Is there any way that I can fix this, or will I have to re-format my hard drive?

July 24, 2014 at 11:53 am #425348I have a similar question: When I hit the 256 bug, I made download packs, cleverly naming them Parts I, II, III, and IV. I went to play an old song, but it wasn’t there. When I checked the flash drive, Parts II, III, and IV were gone. Everything else is still around, including recent downloads.
Should I also reformat before reinstalling?

Sure. I always shadow the files on a PC so you don’t have to mess around quite so much if the flash drive tanks.

If you don’t mind me asking, where would I find the tool to create song packs?
August 9, 2014 at 10:19 pm #426781Packs can be made with the easy to use C3 Con tools, It can be found in the authoring tools thread
