Okay so i wasn’t sure 100% where to post this so I apologize ahead of time if I posted it incorrectly <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” />

But I’ve noticed (even on my ps3) that Rock Band 3’s audio (on both my PS3 and Xbox 360) will fall behind on songs for me and then the song starts to stutter bad. This never happened and I feel it might be a setup issue. I do use an HDMI cord, is that the issue? Anyone else experience this? I used to not use HDMI and never had issues but was wondering why this would happen and if I could somehow fix it.

I use a surround sound system as my audio, however never had issues with it prior.

If anyone has any ideas that’d be awesome! Thank you guys <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />

This is a behavior I’ve only seen on wii and with customs with too much stems for the wii to handle (PS3 and X360 can handle alot of stems; unlike the wii), but the song would just stutter a few times at most; and wouldn’t desync.

I find even more strange that this happens on both PS3 and X360. Are they the same songs; is it an random occurence? do you have more details?

Also worth looking for: if you have a smart tv (or perharps a generation just under) there should be a game mode that you need to activate; which will smoothen gameplay for 60fps. My TV when game mode is off it would sometimes flash black for a brief moment while playing; but the audio would never desync with video. I don’t think HDMI is an issue as I’m using HDMI to TV then Optical from tv to reciever type system.

It was an issue with the songs being on a flash drive for my Xbox. So just moved those over and now it works perfect

Not using customs on PS3, but it seems it might be internet lag or just my PS3 disc having issues. Not a big deal as my PS3 is now collecting dust in a drawer lol
