This one belongs in Rock Band 3 for its harmonies and piano part:
A sort of homage to The Beatles’ White Album.
Featuring vocals from all four original member of the group, this song also features 2 piano solos, the last of which wraps Mellon Collie up in much the way it started. Each character is animated to sing their respective parts.
I also have a handful of charting updates. Through my course of charting Chamberlin’s drum work, there was a particular fill pattern that I’ve often gotten wrong. Sometimes I got it right, sometimes I didn’t. I went back and sure enough, there were many instances of this:
Songs affected include: X.Y.U., Rocket, Geek USA, Hummer, An Ode to No One, and Rhinoceros.
March 5, 2017 at 6:00 pm #482312Yessss!!!
Was so happy when I was getting ready to go search for a custom and seen it was up!Thank you SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much!
Edit: ooh thought of another Pumpkins song that is sort of a rare one!
Could we be seeing Jupiter’s Lament in the future? (I would prefer the one off the Rarities and B-sides album)
Thank you again for Farewell !
March 5, 2017 at 6:34 pm #482314Your lighting and animation choices add a lot to the atmosphere of the song. Thank you for all your hard work.

No problem ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
Jupiter’s Lament will be the version found on The Aeroplane Flies High, and I probably will not do that one for awhile unfortunately. I want to finish Gish, Siamese Dream, Mellon Collie, and Pisces Iscariot first. I am making an exception for “God” since it has been requested by a few people and it makes for good charts ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif” />.

Your guys’ comments keep me going, so thank you.
March 5, 2017 at 6:41 pm #482316thx for all the great music !
March 11, 2017 at 10:34 pm #482591A guitar solo that lasts over 5 minutes with a drum beat that is constantly evolving -> it’s 11 minutes of bliss.
It’s a good thing I was motivated to finish this one from the start, otherwise I would have been stopped by the brick wall that is charting over 5 minutes of squealing guitar solo. Now that I have it done, I may hold off on charting any guitar for a bit.
Where’s my Advil…” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
March 12, 2017 at 2:47 am #482604Will be picking that up. Never heard the song (I must say I’ve really only listened to some of their stuff) but you deserve the download/view/ appreciation because you are awesome! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />

This song has the best jam put together in any of their songs in my opinion (which is why it’s their longest song (unless you count Pastichio Medley)).
March 12, 2017 at 5:40 pm #482621Has anyone else had problem with Farewell Goodnight freezing/stuttering during the song?
Some other customs do this but not all lol. Wasn’t sure if it was something I was doing wrong but wanted to ask here in case it was a wide issue.
Happens on Vocals and Pro Keyboard for me, haven’t tried the other instruments.
Just tried Disarm and 1979, they both work fine.

Weird. You might have to delete your cache to see if that fixes the issue.
Let me know if that works, I want it to work for you!
March 12, 2017 at 7:33 pm #482626” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” /> didn’t work for me. I’ve tried different tvs and setups and some customs just hate me lol!
Edit: so I haven’t been transferring the files from my flash drive to the console HDD but now I got song that never worked to work lol

” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” /> Soma has some fun charts IMO, I am even charting the piano!

That’s great news! Yeah that song’s quite the jam.
March 21, 2017 at 11:38 pm #483035I was wondering how you chart the bass parts? Pumpkins songs are notorious for having hard to decipher bass parts. Do you look up tabs/performances to get a general idea or do you have a really good ear for the bass lines? Thanks.
