xlxAvaricexlx apparently had WIPs for the entire Saigon Kick – “The Lizard” album.

 

It is a shame these are not in the database and this is the reason I started this topic.

 

I never was big into Saigon Kick but after viewing the charts and listening to the songs I find it to be an underrated band. I did not post to the database, because I thought others might have interest in a collaboration and releasing as a pack.

He had rbas for all songs on the youtube pages also.

 

I downloaded them all and used the contools to auto convert the rbas to cons

Nobody responded. So I added them all to the database along with the album artwork and track numbers. Also reduced all the file sizes.

 

Hopefully others can enjoy the entire album as a play through.

I had conversions of these songs from way back in the dinosaur days of customs being 2013 or 2014. I know customs have been around much longer but RB3 customs have come a long way since then. The ones I had there were no album art and I don’t even know if they had overdrive. Thanks for doing some polish to this album.

These are still without overdrive and reductions (same dinosaur charts). I figured if anyone decided to add vocals then Autocat and OD could be done at that point. I have a feeling though this is the most that will happen. But maybe there is some Saigon Kick fans out there. At least it is now a full album in the database and maybe it will be new and enjoyable for others that havent seen them yet.

At least you gave them proper album artwork. It makes them look much better when browsing the set list.

Thanks Beard / Sideshow for the comments. This is all a tribute to Avarice, This was definitely not a band or songs that I would have chosen. However, it was really cool somebody made the effort for the entire album. Also,I realized that Saigon Kick was a better band that I ever gave them credit for in their time.

 

It kind of weird because I have seen many different Led Zeppelin or the Who or Metallica WIP but I am reluctant to post because of the fandom and criticism.

 

I was happy with the community collaboration on Pink Floyd – Comfortably Numb and I expect see even more improvement shortly on that epic tune.

 

I wish I could contribute more but I am a slow learner and have limited time. PS Spin Doctor deserves a medal for putting up with my ignorant questions.
