Once my laptop comes back from repair (damn you ASUS), I’ll be able to start pumping out things more quickly.
I’m sending him a song or two tomorrow which I have done, and I’ll probably throw in the BU2B2 file as well. If you wanted to help, I have a Clockwork Angels basically finished. I screwed up the BPM map, so I scrapped it and I was waiting for me computer back to correct it. If you’re willing to put a new map on you can work on that if you want? I won’t have it back till the end of the week likely

I’d be happy to add the rest of the instruments and vocals to any of the CA drum charts already completed. As you may have seen, I can EMH them as well

The single version lacks an intro with some vocals, the single version goes right into the song. There might be some more, but I’m not familiar.

Also, basically the only differences is the added ~50 second intro in the album version, and then how the tracks are mixed (If I recall correctly).

Basically, how it’s working out…
I’m creating the songs and putting the mapping on, and then doing the drums(x1 and x2) + HME…. then I give the file over to him. He finish’s up the rest and makes the post.
I was doing all the drums for Clockwork Angels as a side project for myself (and was going to post them when finished), and ejthedj offered up to finish the charts for more full releases. As of right now:
Caravan I have finished, but it was a RB release already so I basically just fixed up he chart/time signatures, added double bass, and I’m going to include it in the final medley release (since I’m not supposed to release it here).
BU2B is done.
Clockwork Angels I have given him. It will likely be the next one done.
The Anarchist I’m in progress on, I had some laptop trouble over the past couple of weeks and I’m coming back to this soon.
Carnies is mapped, just not charted yet.
Halo Effect is done (I have some drum tweaks I’m going to send his way in a bit and he can republish later if wanted).
Seven Cities of Gold / The Wreckers are not yet started.
Headlong flight was already release through C3, and BearzUnlimited (creator) gave me permission to use his charts in the final medley release.
BU2B2 is finished (though kind of a weird thing to count as a full song)
Wish Them Well is 90% charted, I just need to work on the ending (it’s a fade out so I’m trying to compensate that in the audio and finish).
The Garden is not yet started (a favorite off the album and wanted to save that for last ha).
The final idea (my original idea) was when finished, I was going to string everything together into one Full Album Medley. In between each song, I was gonna put in snippets of Neil Peart reading from the C.A. novel to enhance the story/experience. It fits within the 75min limit, but I have to do one version for each instrument as there is a 1MB limit on the .midi file. So they’ll be a drums, drum_x2 and guitar version (I could always do a Bass/Vocals/Keys if someone wanted it, but I feel most people would want to sit through the whole album on either drums or guitar ha). Like stated before, this version would also include the updated Caravan chart for drums and BearzUnlimited’s Headlong Flight chart.
