You’re having a non-descript problem (what you typed there is not a normal Windows error, and Googling brought up nothing), you’re not being specific about what’s going on or what you’re doing, and instead of trying to figure it out, you shrug your shoulders and say “oh well, I guess I can’t use C3 CON Tools”

I realize you’re trying to help, but you’re not really understanding the issue. I reverted back to the old dash so I could use PB, since no one wants to tell me what program can open the CON files. I reformatted and only added the RB song cache, yet I only have 640kB free of 29.7GB…so here’s where you tell me I’m doing something wrong or not following the tutorials. I have had no issues until my drive suddenly reached its max for some reason. I’d send you an image, but I can’t paste the snip pic.

Just launch RBtoUSB from C3 CON Tools.

 

Down loaded rar files, no idea how to open or save. Do I extract files, what program do I open with? Excuse my ignorance, it’s been a frustrating day. Use to using Party Buffalo, but my drive now shows full after adding only RB cache.

Seems you downloaded the C3 CON Tools rar, but just in case here’s the link

Download Winrar which is what you use to open rar files

Open the rar with Winrar and click Extract To. Then click ok on the window that pops up

 

Then open up the C3CONTools exe from the folder that you extracted.

It’s 2015, it’s beyond lazy not to just google “open rar files”. You are asking people to spend time you are not willing to spend, and that is disappointing.
