Since all the moons decided to align during 2008 by Harmonix releasing a patch to extend GH controller compatibility for a Rock Band Track PackTM, specifically a Rock Band 1 game, not encrypting their ARKs for RB1, and for the fact of the Wii being so hackable rather than the Xbox and PlayStation, all comes together with the existence of Dolphin to add custom songs with less limitations that can be allowed and less errors to come up in MIDIs than RBN/2+ MIDIs, along with tool assisted superplays of full band FCs. Except, one moon was just less than a degree of latitude off from having autoplay which causes me to do this, and in the process possibly almost break my pinkie reaching for the Frame Advance button while holding down seven to twelve keys per every other frame, and 60% of the time forget to save state right before I have a chance of messing up, in which rerecording will sometimes mess up game graphics while saving or loading states because Dolphin. There also goes another moon unaligned to not have a more handy GUI or feature for precise TASing on Dolphin like BizHawk (but disregarding having to load states for almost every action and frame). I would play vocals but it kept crashing the game, and now the rebuild of my PC is stuck with the USB microphone not displaying in game when added anyway, and reinstalling UsbDk caused a system error.
Without anymore complaining about software practices, here’s a few I’ve done (all guitar+drums+bass):
Can’t Let Go (777k):
Electric Version (949k):
Johnny Booth – Asymmetrical (721k) (one of my customs):
Cool for Cats (510k):
Considering RB1-2 scores count half of the points in GH’s and RB3-4’s, scores would become:
Can’t Let Go – 1,554,106
Electric Version – 1,899,058
Asymmetrical – 1,442,886
Cool for Cats – 1,020,738
If I care to do more and waste more hours of my life for 3-4 minutes of perfection, I’ll share more here
