I wonder if there is some kind of function in rock band 3 or a custom rock band way to hide songs that we dont like and never want to play . Thanks

If you don’t like it and never want to play it, why not just delete it?

Next best thing is to take the files from the content folder, and move them somewhere else, assuming these are customs.

I had a RB Song Cache modification tool posted around here somewhere that would let you at least change the publishing dates, and then you could just filter them out for a “soft delete”.

 

My eventual solution was to make everything we don’t typically play appear to have a Pro Guitar chart, so that I can just change that filter it “No”

You can rate them at 1 lighter (the in-game rating) and in the filters IIRC you can choose to hide the 1-lighter rated songs.

I mean, the song which are already in the game. Sorry but i did not find the option you are talking about in the ea version. I did find it the madcatz version tough

Hiding 1 lighter reviews is a Title Update 5 feature, so you won’t be able to use that with customs on an unmodded console.
