Recharting Previously Done Songs

What are the communities thoughts on charting a song that has already been done but is expert only? It would be my own chart but with all difficulties (drums only)?
If you prefer to redo a chart on your own, nobody’s stopping you.

I’m curious about doing the same (specifically for “John the Fisherman”, the friends and I would love a version with vocals), but couldn’t find Doomtron on here to ask personally. How would I go about getting it into Reaper?
