Reaper Macro to copy to Drum Animations?

There is a macro in Reaper to copy all Gems on a difficulty level to the next level down by highlighting all gems in a difficulty and pressing Alt-c. VERY handy.
Does anyone know of a macro that would copy the expert drums gems to their rough starting places in the animation fields? This seems like something that could be automated so as to get things fairly close, including the reading of toms.
I think if I could find the python or perl script for either the alt-c (move an octave down) or shift-c (copy expert to LH anims) that I could write this myself. Does anyone know where to find those scripts, or did they get built into Reaper?
