Get to work then. Read the authoring docs and get yourself educated to tackle the project. Go to the Frets on Fire forums and search for the tunes you want on guitar cause chances are if it’s extreme metal it’s been done there on guitar. I’m only saying this because I had a huge list and I realized that if it was ever gonna get done I had to do it myself

I have never charted a song before and don’t know what to do for one. Also, I didn’t know if there were people that would do this for you.

There are but I’ll just let you know as far as extreme metal that crowd tends to be more on the FOF forums as it’s primarily a guitar oriented game. I’ve done a lot of metal charts and asked for help with the guitar charting here and there and by far I get more responses and assistance from the FOF community.

 

Also just so you know charting a song for even one instrument takes several hours so be aware of that and know your first charts will be a learning experience. If you stick with it the results will improve dramatically. Start with an easy song and watch all the tutorials. Hope this helps.

Also, some Opeth would be nice. The main issue is that I have never charted, and I am not someone who can hear the notes as people call it.
