I cannot for the life of me get any program that injects TU4 and custom songs to a flash drive work at all. They all either don’t pick up the flash drive or they freeze while injecting. I have an 8gb flash drive, and I have formatted it several times. I have the version of Rock Band 3 that doesn’t have the mad catz logo on it. I tried RBtoUSB, Horizon, Modio, Modio 5, Party Buffalo, and Usbxtaf. I could really use some help, I don’t know where to go from here.

If you formatted the drive on the Xbox 360 with the latest-ish update and it’s not picked up by any program, I think it’s safe to assume the culprit is the one thing failing in every scenario, which is the stick itself.

If it doesn’t pick it up, it’s probably not formatted properly. Make sure you follow the video tutorial properly

Did you format the usb on the xbox360?

 

And like farratone said…..try another usb stick
