Can I take songs from my RB2 disc and DLC to RB3?

DLC are already there when you use Rock Band 3 on the same system you bought items on RB2. Rock Band 2 disc songs needed to be exported when the licence was still active, if I’m not mistaken: if you did so you can use them.
