Thanks for Ready Steady Go. My wife and I are big(ish) fans of Fullmetal Alchemist. Well, she’s a big fan, I just thought it was a cool story.

 

Quick question about difficulties: Is it really that hard to chart the lower difficulties for vocals? Seems like it’s the same chart but the lower difficulties offer more leniency. In Rockband 2 and I think 1 as well, the bars got wider showing that you didn’t have to be dead on, but in #3 they can be razor thin even on Easy (while still being tolerant of mistakes). Or is it, if you do, say, EMH for Vocals, you have to chart those difficulties for all available instruments as well? I only ask because, while I suppose it’s quite likely that most Rockband players who know about and use customs are probably Expert players as well, I can only do Expert on vocals (though I prefer Hard, seems like with Expert I break combos even though I fill the pie and stay right on the bar and damn that’s frustrating, but I think I can pass everything on Expert without help, e.g. Good Vibrations, that one really hard Jackson 5 song, etc).

It couldn’t be easier – there’s only one vocal chart!

 

The RB3 engine handles the transitions between difficulties.

Probably an optical illusion. There’s a certain note range used during each vocal phrase. The shorter the note range, the “wider” the tubes. The larger the range, the “thinner” the tubes.

Here’s an illustration. The phrase in the green box is smaller, so the tubes will appear “wider” than the tubes on the red box. Capisce?

i know , but sometimes when i hear a song i really want to make it custom like… NOW , and tbh i dont care about EMH , but since i have less and less time , i just chart what i want to play of a specific song , thats why from one day to another many songs appeared at my list because the parts i wanted are done , but under my personal criteria to release a song on youtbe and C3 means yes o yes FB and all expert including pro keys ( if applicable ) and i have many , tons of plans for future customs, but i dont have the same time i used to 6 months ago , but yeah , i wont stop making custom , i just want to finish the ones i have plans and release them as soon as they are done for me , and the day that happens ( like 9 songs im making right now ) i will start to upgrade them to V2 , what does that means ? EMH and some fixes . well that’s for now , oh and my last custom for now is a song by a band called dênver, its a pretty cool song lolol

thats why i will stop, so i need to organize my schedule to start working on 1 song peer week , but im happy to announce that next week i will release 2 songs! ( and yes, i will make everything i can to make them EMH ) oh and time to pretend v3 looks awesome ! ( and v2 is already amazing )
