There is no Ra in the game officially and only one of their songs (although, it is arguably their best and definitely their most popular) was made as a custom, and it isn’t the complete band.
So I need to request more Ra. Specifically:

I know, that’s why for that one I specified the full version. I’m sure his custom is very good, but I only download ones that have all the instruments charted because I play this game with other people and want everyone to be able to play their part.
