I was just wondering if this certain hip-hop song actually has singing or is just talking in different tones
Your call, technically.
Still spoken word, because he’s not actually on-pitch with the flute.

I personally disagree, actually. There are parts where he’s actually singing in tune and such (such as the “I’m just here to hold your hand when you die” parts, those are on pitch with the flute). There are other parts where it should be talkies, though, as there are parts where he trails off the tune. But other parts are distinctly “sung,” so I’d at least pitch those parts.
It’s worth noting that I’m working on this song, actually, planning a full-band release. To the OP, would you be interested in a collab, perhaps?
Note also that there’s the option of charting those edge-case talkies as both pitched and talkies together, using an additional harmony part.
I wish that some metal songs did that!
