Program to use for uploading customs to RB3

I have been using Modio to upload songs to my Xbox 360, and it sucks. Like I download the song and drag it into my USB through Modio. It makes the animations look horrible. Is there a better program to use?
C3ConTools comes with a tool, called RBtoUSB, that does exactly what you’re asking for, and it works much better than Modio.
