Thanks for the Chili Peppers tracks! Awesome job! I hope we see more tracks of them, especially some Stadium Arcadian tracks

September 21, 2015 at 9:50 pm #455536Feedback appreciated! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />Needs work on vocal pitch and placement. Here’s yours above, mine below:
snip
Use the ReaSynth plugin supplied with the template to compare the pitches in your chart to the song.
Get a tuner like the Korg CA-30 to help show you what the pitches are if you can sing along.
Also note: although Stevie Wonder sang that first “The”, RHCP does not.
After singing Factory of Faith, I realized the pitch is definitely too high, other than that everything seems goodWell dang. Seems like Vocals aren’t exactly my best area.
Maybe I should stick with unpitched for the time being?

Even with unpitched, you need to have the right syllables in the right places. Getting scrub mode working is a must, so you can hear where syllables start and end.
If you can’t do that, or don’t want to spend the time, just skip vocals.

Scrub mode?
Well yeah, I know about the syllable thing, and that at least I seem to have less trouble with, but apparently it’s quite hard for me to get the pitches correct.
I really don’t like skipping parts because I prefer to author full band customs, it seems weird when something that is part of the song is missing… That’s probably just me though
September 27, 2015 at 2:29 am #456023Does it work for Phase Shift? :c

Yeah, they should work fine.
You sure you’re using the PhS Converter from CON Tools?

I didn’t know about that, where can I find it? I’ve been googling with no success ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” />
Found it!
Works perfectly on PS, btw, there’s a few missing notes in Hello Tomorrow, but anyway it’s really fun to play ^^ Call Your Friends by ZH would be great to play to.
There’s a lot of songs by Zebrahead that are so good. Rescue Me, Falling Apart, Hell Yeah…

Good to see you got it working and glad to see someone who likes Zebrahead too
Call Your Friends I may or may not make later on, not sure, I’m getting quite busy lately…
Regarding Hell Yeah, um, I’m fairly sure it has been already authored. If I recall I have it on my PC but I’m not home right now.
As for Rescue Me, Falling Apart and Hello Tomorrow… Well I’d say just wait a little more for something cool. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />
September 28, 2015 at 12:47 am #456106New song!
Right On Time – Red Hot Chili Peppers from Californication
Download: Song #9 on Main Post
Yeah, the song’s quite short, but it’s a great song nonetheless…
Also part of one of my favorite albums.
Once again not quite sure if it matches the cover info/art from the official DLC.
If anyone that has it tries it out please do tell.
As always, feedbak appreciated.
September 29, 2015 at 4:27 pm #456228DUDE I’ve been saying i’ve wanted to see right on time for ages this song is mental can’t wait to test this

October 6, 2015 at 12:34 pm #456960i tested your right on time. i don’t think theres anything wrong with it but I’m just rubbish at playing this song. I’m a bassist and cos of playing this game so long and most tracks on here when started are expert only so i’ve kept my game on no fail mode since i found out about customs cos i think its unfair for me or my friends to fail on songs that are experimental and hard especially when some are expert only. But me playing bass on right on time on expert lol soon as i tried it I’m like fuck off i can’t play that lol. Normally i have to play on expert because I’m too used to the speed that if i kick it down even to hard its like wanting to punch a slow walker in the back of the head lol so yeah good from what i can see but bass even for me is well out of my league and bass is my thing on this game.
October 14, 2015 at 1:44 am #457532Sorry for not being that active as of lately, kinda busy with some stuff, but here’s a new song:
Rescue Me – Zebrahead from MFZBDownload: Click Here!
Great song from my favorite album (by ZH at least).
Not sure if vocals are completely accurate though, might need some more feedback on that. -
