Isn’t that a cover version though?Yes it is, and for a reason. The song was recorded specifically for the movie and even the original sounds muddied. The cover I went with had nearly identical instrumentation but clearer vocals.
He can stick with his version, I don’t particularly care. Just pointing it out because it seems like a huge waste of time to chart a song that is essentially already available, moreso in this case that I stick by my choice to go with the cover because of the quality of the original.

Like I said, you don’t have to. Just pointing it out.
Next time you should really, really, do a search in our database, in the harmonix website, and in the “other customs” forums. There is no reason to waste your time doing something already done!
Trust me, I released about 5-6 fully charted, all difficulties customs that then either Harmonix or GHtoRB3 released after me and I pulled my versions in respect, and it felt like the biggest waste of my time. But at least that was after the fact.
Hopefully someone will get the chance to chart Vocal,Drums, and Bass for Holding Out For a Hero. thanks for the song btw.
