So I dug up some multitracks for a bunch of songs that would be great fits for Rock Band. They’re all from the original versions – no backing tracks or karaoke covers here!
I found stems for Enjoy The Silence as well, but they apparently consist of ~60 tiny sample loops that run for about five seconds each, so you’d have to stitch them together yourself.
I hope these will make it into Rock Band one day. I also have the multis for The Yeah Yeah Yeah Song by the Flaming Lips, which I just finished tempo mapping the other day. Anyone up for a collab?
Ooh can I see the steely dan multis please? ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
Where do you find these? i only find the odd multitracks after heavy web searching and knowing exaclty what i want to find
Luck, basically. I ran into a guy who’d been collecting hundreds of them for years. Most of them were the usual rhythm game rips, but these were in there too.
Tomoyasu Hotei, eh? I’ll take those, please. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
I hope someone picks up those Led Zep masters! Those are all awesome songs. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
