i got a question for both users and authors alike.
concerning non tabbed unhearable guitar solo’s
got song thats been finished now for awhile. however there’s a guitar solo at the end.
which you cant hear over the noise overpowering it and of course theres no tabs of it
and all guitar covers are rhythm.
so the question is if you cant hear it and you cant chart it
do not chart the solo are pray people arent bummed or
do you half ass it and pray its not a pos
would like to hear some thoughts on this. thanks
song in question is dope – debonaire
I would use a plugin like MSED to try and isolate the guitar audio as beset as possible, and then author it how I hear it. Tabs are helpful, but not always accurate.
thanks for the suggestion. i completely agree
whats up man, shawn jones from youtube.
I personally dont play the end parts i dont hear on rocksmith. Like there is a song by def leppard i play and the end is some weird sounding nonsense that i didnt even know existed till i seen the tab. I just stop playing. Maybe if its really good i would like it, but i didnt even know its there and im a musician who listened to the song off/on for over 20 years
hey man how its going :)yeah see thats the problem im torn with. im guessing there no right or wrong way forward. some people will be happy its charted and some will be fine playing the rhythm.
i have a parametric eq hooked to my system so prolly just going to tweek the freq until i can here it or use what fuggnutz suggested. and if i still cant get it just going to do the rhythm and move on.
