[Phase Shift] How to add album art?

Hey there. I am a noob when it comes to charting, and I was wondering how I would go about attaching artwork to my charts? Specifically in my case, Phase Shift. Thanks in advance, as I can’t seem to find any info on it!

Convert a CON using C3 CON Tools and see how it ends up. I think it was album.png but it’s been a long time since I’ve looked at that.
