[Deadly Robots]

I had imagined, before Bethesda bought the studio, that id Software might’ve been asked by Activision to let them put some of the music from Doom into Guitar Hero. That didn’t happen, which always disappointed me. But we are presented with the opportunity to fix that injustice!

 

A while back Overclocked Remix released a fantastic album featuring remixes and rearrangements of various bits of music from Doom and Doom II. The second track on the album, “Hangarmageddon” by Evil Horde, is exceptional. If you haven’t heard it,

There was once a custom Guitar Hero 3 chart for Hangarmageddon ages ago, but I can’t seem to find it anymore. I’d love to take it on myself eventually, as it’s a great song!
