    anyone out there who knows, could you give an example?

    If I’m guessing correctly the issue is something to do with the other downloads space not recognizing your url? If so, I had an issue with this before with mediafire links for my 2x charts, and what I did was open the link like i was going to download it myself and then copy the url from that page and paste it in. Hope that helps if that is similar to the issue you are having! If not, I tried lol

    Try an http URL instead of an https URL.

    In case it’s something a little more fundamental, be sure you’re following the instructions about URL types:

    type=url

    Acceptable values for “type” are (without quotes): “2x”, “rhythm”, “wii”, “wii_2x”, “wii_rhythm”, “ps3”, “ps3_2x”, “ps3_rhythm”, “phase”, “phase_2x”, “phase_rhythm”, “project” (project files like your RPP or MIDI), “other”

    So if you have a 2x-kick download you want to offer, format it like so:

    2x=http://www.example.com/downloadmysong_rb3con

    This bit me the last time I updated one of my customs, which was last week in fact, so it’s easy to miss.

    Make sure “other” does actually refer to something other* than what options are given to you already.

    I know I’ve used it before to add:

    – A “keytar” version of a song for Guitar

    – A “Ghost Note” version of a song

    – A drum chart specifically for people who play on an eKit

    I’ve also used it for:

    An alternate version with a synth solo charted to guitar (and its associated 2x bass pedal—in this case, I had to use a second “Other” track)

    An instrumental version of a song that used DIY multitracks
