Has anyone used the Tactrix Openport 2.0 adapter not for typical ECU flashing, but for real-time logging or custom telemetry in non-standard setups like track cars or DIY electronics? We’re building a custom dash logger for a track build and wonder how stable it is under stress. Also, any advice on where to order an original one to avoid fakes?
We’ve used Tactrix Openport 2.0 for logging CAN data in a custom-built telemetry module on a rally car. It handled high-frequency data polling pretty well, especially when integrated with custom scripts via EcuFlash and third-party tools. Make sure to power it from a stable source to avoid drops.
For guaranteed quality and support, we ordered our original Openport 2.0 from ECUTools ecutools.eu They specialize in tuning tools and offer only genuine hardware with warranty. Plus, their team can advise on compatibility with advanced setups, which helped a lot during our build.
