One tiny little extra split second measure

Hello all,
Apparently I have a measure 67 that is one tiny little sound dot, couldn’t when tempo mapping. So I’m getting out of sync on my play. How do I fix this extra measure in Reaper? The chart is still accurate (only just my bad initial charting) so if I can merge 67 with 66 or 68 just delete the measure marker so 68 is now 67, I should be fine.
I’ve searched for some phrases that might help me here on the forum like “extra measure” I’m sure this must be common.
To fix an extra measure (measure 67) in Reaper, follow these steps: Find measure 67 on the timeline and delete its marker. Decide whether to merge it with measure 66 or 68 based on your chart. Move any items in measure 67 to the correct spot in 66 or 68. Check everything plays correctly. Save your project when you’re done!
