Hi, i’m new here. Anyway, I don’t want to seem selfish by making a request, but I wanted to ask you if you could post Kaiser Chiefs – Never miss a beat (GH5 disc) and Pavement – Cut your hair (GH5 DLC). I would really like to have these tracks because I’m planning on converting/charting them for rock band. If I can help in any way please let me know. Also, another song I really wanted is Black Eyed Peas – Let’s get it started (BHDS) but I won’t request it since you previously said in the thread that you were working on every track from that game ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />

I wish I could atm, but I don’t think anyone’s got a hold of the files off the disc yet. Bluzer might be willing if someone can get those for him.

Hey, just wanted to point out two things:

1. The master midi archive does not contain the midis for the GH2 360 DLC versions of Guitar Hero 1 songs (Bark at the Moon, Hey You, etc) which have bass charts that the original GH1 midis lack.

2. If I’m understanding correctly and you’re yb6 on the FoF forum, over there you’ve posted music files for the GH2 DLC version of RHCP’s Higher Ground that aren’t listed in this thread. Not sure if that was an intentional omission or a simple mistake.

In other news, I’m happy to announce I’m almost at a halfway point in my project. (Although it’s not an actual 50%) Nearing this, for me at least, makes me glad to to have been chosen to have undertake the project. I would have gotten to it, eventually, but being requested to do it, has made it the main focus for the past few months now. I’m hoping that by taking my time that I can turn these into something charters can use even if a better source is unlocked in the future.

 

As for what it is, well, I’m hoping to announce that when I hit the milestone in hopefully the next week or two.

If someone would care to PM me, preferably on the FoF forums, instead of here, about where one would access the stems; I’d be willing to try. However, I’ll leave it at.

 

I’m also still hoping to tackle Power Gig and Rock Revolution as well, but I don’t have access to the stems, so for now they sit indefinitely on hiatus.

 

As for Rock Band, I’m only sticking to removed songs, or console exclusives, since RB4 is bringing us most songs back.

It is still my hope to one day bring every GH song to RB3 (even the ones we already have) as full band tracks for sake of preservation and/or alternate charts. Who wouldn’t love 4 different copies of Bark at the Moon to play?

Guitar Hero 2 is now complete!

 

There are far too many new songs to make a full list of what’s new, so go start downloading.

 

Although I’m not at the benchmark I wanted to be to announce this, I might as well break the news.

 

I’ve been working on the entirety of Warriors of Rock for a few months now. Bluzer asked me personally to redo the raw Wii rips to sound as good as they can (until they get the 360 audio.) So I’ve been using a lot of spare time to get the disc based songs done and ready for download. I’ve secretly been updating the links in the thread as I’ve made small GH2 updates here and there. So a majority of them are already availiable for download as well. It sounds weird for me to say this, but I’d recommend using these new files over bluzer’s old ones, because he said so. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif” />

Yep, I’m fixing to tackle Band Hero down the line, though I have a few tracks done for it. Though that will come after I get WoR done for Bluzer.
