I’m getting pretty close to having a track I’m actually proud to share, but still working on a few things. The CON built successfully, but the gems and song aren’t synced up. Wondering if it’s something to do with where [play] is placed. Should there be only one instrument with [play], or should they all have them? And at what point relative to the audio/drum count/first note?
[play] is irrelevant. Make sure you render your audio out from Reaper and that you export your MIDI with its tempo map.
Now when I try to build, I’m being told there are no drum overdrive fills or vocal overdrive markers. Any usual causes for that? All the overdrive and fill sections should be on there.
(And thank you again for the assistance, I’m way too excited about getting involved in this.)
Edit — May have figured it out on my own, will update.
Everything is working great now. Way too easy to get gold, need to remove some overdrive sections. Thank you again!
I’m curious, but how was it not synced up? Did it sync fine in Reaper but not in game?
I didn’t think to render its own audio file, so I was just using a WAV-converted version of the song, without the drum count.

Oh, okay. Good catch.
