Hint for song # 1,2,3 -This week, we open our Shocktober offering with three songs from the most metal Halloween movie ever. It is my all time favorite Halloween movie. All 3 songs are by the same band. I saw this movie in the theater. There was more leather than Judas Priest show.

Hint for song # 4 – Despite not thinking of this band as a Halloween type band. This band put this cool track, inspired by a film written and directed by an Italian horror master, on their debut album.

Hint for song # 5 – Our next track also has Italian ties. The song comes from an Italian progressive band. It was featured in a film by another Italian film maker. The film maker is also a master of Horror, Thrillers and Giallo films.

Hint for song # 6 – Our next song was featured in a film that finally mixed two powerhouse horror franchises. This post-hardcore band has been featured on a few horror movie soundtracks. The band fits in well in this Halloween season release.
