Why you not use the partial Multitracks for “Everything About You” (Band Hero DS) and “Mama Kin” (Guitar Hero Aerosmith)?

We haven’t done multitracks for any songs yet, so we haven’t really seen any reason to start, I guess. On top of that, I wasn’t sure about the quality of the DS audio, since the ones I’ve played from GH:OT were pretty low-quality, so I wasn’t sure if the one from Band Hero DS would be any good, so we decided against it.

 

For Mama Kin, the GHA version is a re-recording, and in my opinion, it’s not as good as the original. They censor the words “shit” and “tea” which is kind of lame, and the re-recording is slower than the original studio version. In my opinion, Steven Tyler’s vocals sound pretty bad on the re-recording, so I don’t think it’d be as fun to play or listen to, or worth it just for multitrack audio.

 

I know people like multitracks, and some won’t chart without them, but I think that the charts are fine without them, and I didn’t think that it was worth the effort for Everything About You, and Nunchuck and myself both prefer the original version of Mama Kin.
