ooooohhh yeah…I hope Learning to Fly is right for #2…..been waiting on that one forever. I do believe that one was post-Roger Waters if I remember right, so seems to fit perfectly to the hint.

June 2, 2015 at 2:08 pm #446884I hope we are indeed getting some BTO because they are long overdue.Would this be the first official BTO “full band, all difficulties” song released on this forum?
June 2, 2015 at 3:28 pm #446892Hint for song #1 – Despite being one of the biggest singles of 1985, this song was originally recorded in 1982, but re-worked with a new backing band.
“What about love” by Heart in 1985.
“What About Love” was originally recorded by the Canadian rock group Toronto but is best known for the 1985 release by the rock group Heart. The song was originally recorded in 1982 by Canadian rock group Toronto, of which songwriters Sheron Alton and Brian Allen were members. However, Toronto elected not to release their version at the time, upsetting Alton and Allen. They subsequently left the band and the song was offered to Heart who turned it into a worldwide hit.
Any chance of “Never” being charted?

Hell, I’ve yet to come across a partial BTO custom anywhere. If it is indeed Let it Ride then I’m super pumped, probably my favourite BTO song.

Yeah, I’m kind of surprised (ok, more than kinda) that we haven’t seen Takin’ Care of Business yet.

Im pretty sure this is Raspberry Beret. The hint states a new backing band, not a whole different band. The Revolution being the backing band for Prince.
“Prince originally recorded “Raspberry Beret” in 1982, but re-worked it with his newly re-formed Revolution backing band.”
June 6, 2015 at 12:59 pm #447306Happy Saturday Rockers,
It is time to bring on the party. This week’s release celebrates one year that Sygenysis and I have been making customs together. It has been a great year for songs, that much is for sure. It has been great to give back to a community that has been so kind to us. C3 is an incredible place. It is like a dream come true getting to do this stuff and get the chance to give back. Enough of this sentimental horseshit, you guys came here to rock, am I right? So this week we bring you the biggest stuff we have ever released. With this release all we wanted to do is to bring the peeps some great bands, huge songs and hopefully a festive fun time. Allright, here we go!!!Song for Hint #1

I would like to thank Sygenysis for being a great partner. This dude works his ass off to make sure we have had these awesome Saturday releases. He gives very much and asks for absolutely nothing in return. He totally Fuckin’ rocks!!!!!
It has been a great year for Rock Band songs. C3 is the best site I’ve ever been to. You people are amazing. I’m looking forward to another awesome year. So everybody remember to thank all these authors who get no pay other than the happiness that comes from people having a good time that they helped to happen. Today I salute all the C3 creators, authors and the peeps that work very hard to learn this kind of skill and use it to bring the masses a real good time in the other customs forum. Without all these people’s effort Rock Band would have stayed dead. We wouldn’t all be so excited about RB4 and seriously wondering how a new game could match the awesome that is C3 customs. These people here definitely deserve a mention for keeping that flame burning so Harmonix could make this comeback. Without C3, interest in RB would be something that would need reviving, rather than a fresh shiny new game with people stoked to see it. A huge thanks to those who kept the fires burning.P.S.
I reached the max characters for the opening post. We just made too damn many songs for it to be able to take. Next week I will have have to figure out what to do about that. Op still contains all the songs, I had to remove Hints Hall of Fame chunk to get it to work. I will get it all figured out and next week hopefully I will have restored that part of the show. Here is what it looks like today:

Incredibly enough, this is the first full band BTO custom that I’m aware of, and only the second Prince. Thanks much to Nunchuk and Syngenysis! You guys rock.
