Glad you chose a song off of “Ox Factor” for Unwritten Law. Greg Graffin of Bad Religion produced that album and was back when Unwritten Law was at their best. Really stoked to see Husker Du as well. I plan on doing a song from “Zen Arcade” which is my favorite album of theirs. “Lake of Fire” is a great cover of the Meat Puppets original. Didn’t listen to Fugazi too much back in the day but I know the singer is from Minor Threat who were a huge punk band in the early 80’s. All in all this is my kind of week. 80’s and 90’s punk rock. Excellent choices Nun and Syg!
seeing you chart lake of fire and a meat puppet song; gives me hope that you may do someday “The Man Who Sold The World” cover by nirvana.
thanks for the nice work sir.
wow! hüsker dü and fugazi! great choices! yeah!
You guys should nab Ungrateful Dead’s pitched vocals for ‘Motherfucker’ from his FoF thread. Also thanks for Fugazi!
Mother of god… Thank you guys so much for “Waiting Room” by Fugazi!
Lake of Fire! Thanks so much!

Yeah, complete full band customs with pitched vocals FTW!
Wow, words cannot describe how amazing Nunchuck and Sygenysis are. Week after week they bring us 6 top notch tunes, and the crazy part is that they’re full band with all difficulties. I can barely get 1 expert guitar chart done in a week, let alone 6 full band ones. And the fact that Sygen charts other things outside of this forum, is insane. You guys deserve a reward.

They can not. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif”>
Happy Monday Rockers,
Let’s get right to the hints for this week’s release.
Hint #1– This is a band who we have released deep cut album tracks by before. We heard people’s requests and this release features a 3 pack filled with their biggest hits.
Hint #2– This incredibly popular Metal outfit once had a different singer and a totally different sound. This song is from their very first album, when the band members were only teenagers.
Hint #3– This band’s name was inspired by a Dirty Harry movie. This song is from a horror film’s soundtrack. In fact it is the title track of the film.
Hint #4– This thrash act returns to our customs with a song that always makes me think of Dennis Miller. Oddly enough it is also the title track of a film.
Hint # 1 is for a 3 pack. Let’s see who makes the grade this week. Remember, artist and song title are required to get credit. We hope you enjoy these little trivia bits.
Remember to Rock Out… Life is Short
#2 – Pantera “Metal Magic”
#3 – Ramones “Pet Cemetary” (No, this isn’t it…)
#4 – Metallica “Some Kind Of Monster”
Clue #1 Ugly Kid Joe – Everything About You, Neighbor, and Cat’s in the Cradle
I would’ve guessed “Madman” instead of “Neighbor”. Gotta be UKJ, though.
1. Neighbor, Madman, Everything About You- Ugly Kid Joe
2. Ride My Rocket- Pantera
3. Leatherface- Laaz Rockit
4. Bordello of Blood- Anthrax
Ooohhh, I hope Neighbor and Everything About You. I would love them both. I think Cat’s in the Cradle is already available, maybe on the official DLC site? Not positive.
