Hey there Rockers,

The weekend has finally returned to the Funhouse. It has been a crazy week! I caught some virus and was all fever-dreamy and such for a day or two. I’m back now and in great spirits. Despite still having a bit of this illness left in me, this awesome week could not be stopped. We had some help from a couple of super great guys, and it all came off awesome!! We have so many great songs for you this week, I am just gonna crank them out. We are thrilled to bring you this top-notch week, complete with 2 bonus tracks for you all.

Release Notes

Let me start this out with a huge thanks to Dash and Farottone! Without them Let’s Get It On would have probably not been a thing that was possible. Hours and hours of work went in to this amazing song. Please enjoy this timeless romantic classic and think of those guys and all they put into it.

 

I’m not going to be all wordy today. I’m going to thank everyone for reading my ramblings every week. All these songs are good stuff. Get them, play them and enjoy with someone that you dig. If any of you get some sweet, sweet lovin’… you are welcome!

 

Thank you again to Sy for making all this crazy stuff I come up with turn into weeks of golden awesome. You rock the hardest, my friend!!!

 

Also I would like to thank my beautiful wife. She, in addition to being a great wife, works on these posts every week. Hey there Rockers,
Are you Ready for Shocktober 2?

It is time for the Funhouse’s month-long celebration of the scary, creepy or the otherwise strange fun of the Halloween season. This is a very special month for the Funhouse. This month everything gets turned upside down, so this event’s hints and such will be different. The releases will still happen at normal times, however, the releases may not seem the same at all and may feature many bonus songs. Shocktober is filled with spooky, strange or odd artists and songs. You may not know many of the songs or bands by name… or at all, but trust this is some really cool stuff. We have planned an eclectic mix, as always. It will include Rock, Rap, Metal and just purely bizarre stuff. You may see songs from classic horror films, or even a song by a real life convicted killer. It will be a fun month.

So, to start out this strange event, we will be revealing all the planned artists (not the bonus songs, though… HAHAHAHA)!
This poster features all of our main release artists for the whole month. Some artists have more than one track. Crazy huh? Knowing every artist should make hints really easy, correct? Well, let’s see how your cognitive thinking is. Every week you guys school us on what great “Rock Sleuths” you are!

Let’s see if you can get this week’s hints. There will be one hint for each song of the regular release for the week. Here’s the catch… they are all a single picture that should lead you directly to the songs — if you can figure them out!
Yep, you should be at least a little afraid! You have no google to help you out! They are all locked into visualizers, so no backtracking the photos. If you get the hints this week, you will be given a special marker on the Hints Hall of Fame Wall.
