For the Killing Joke pack, I’m guessing to guess all three are songs that were covered by famous acts.

 

“The Wait” (Covered in a garage = Metallica covered “The Wait” on the album Garage Inc.)

“Requiem” (covered by Foo Fighters)

“Love Like Blood” (covered by the aptly named Love Like Blood, as well as Dead by April and Icehouse)

OK, well, now we’re at Marilyn Manson & The Spooky Kids era…or just afterwards, when they dropped the Spooky Kids from the name, and then signed with Reznor’s Nothing label, which would lead to Portrait of an American Family…hints though seem to be blending the era’s (Spooky Kids was dropped in late 1992, Portrait of an American Family was in 1994…

Welcome to the first week of the Hints Hall of Fame 3 Pack Celebration. This month, we hope to prove that 3 is indeed a magic number! Release Notes

This whole 3 pack idea for March is something very cool. We rarely do artist packs, so we can bring you a lot of variety. There are so many great bands and songs out there! This month, we have some great stuff. To start it out, we wanted to some really cool artists that have too few customs. We wanted to start with a big bonus too.

 

Marilyn Manson songs from ‘Portrait of an American Family’ were my choices. That album is one of my favorites of the 1990’s and my favorite Manson album.

Lunchbox contains great samples from Arthur Brown’s Fire (which we did last February) and Crispin Glover quotes from David Lynch’s Wild at Heart (one of my favorite actors from one of my favorite films) heard to be saying “I’m making my lunch”.

Dope Hat is awesome and features samples of Charles Nelson Reilly, it may be my favorite of the three.

Cake and Sodomy is a rocking song that shows off why Manson became a big star.

Hey i’m really confused about that “Killing Joke” album art for “Change”. The song i’m most familar with by these guys is “Death and Resurrection Show”. When i googled that song it’s shows that 1980’s album art but for their 2003 album. I’m a little right now.
