First time hearing Eloy and they do remind me of Camel which is a great thing. I’ll be happy to convert “Poseidon’s Creation” and “Castle In The Air” for RB3 as drum customs unless nsw1-6 wants to do it at a later date.

Be my guest, they are awesome songs. I will get to full banding them at some point, but probably not for a while.
I’ll admit that they were done back in like 2013/2014, so the tempo mapping may need to be fixed.

Please do. Bad publicity or good publicity it’s still publicity. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
January 2, 2017 at 1:11 am #479702I want to see that Poseidon chart, I’ve also listened to Colours, Planets & Time To Turn, i might do a small drum pack with some unreleased charts i did slowly the last few months, do i sent them to you sideshow? i’ve also discovered two weird bizarre but amazing classic prog bands besides eloy, introduced by Mikael Akerfeldt, Comus and Magma. Comus is more folk oriented.

I’ve forgotten to listen to more Magma, but I’m familiar with their first album. Hopefully we’ll get some Destruktiw Kommandoh and Kohntarkosz here in the future.

I am going to convert “Poseidon’s Creation” and “Castle In The Air” from NSW1-6. Go ahead and send me your drum pack for conversions at your own leisure.

January 2, 2017 at 1:45 am #479710nsw, are those all the songs do you have planed to do for the gentle giant pack? if so, maybe i will pick one of the “Free Hand” album to chart.

Funny you say that, I’m getting the Free Hand CD in the mail tomorrow. I already listened to Playing The Fool – Live, so I’ve heard “Just The Same”, “On Reflection” and “Free Hand” at least once. Feel free to work on something from that album if you wish; I need time to listen to the whole thing. I’ll probably help doing full-band for whatever you pick.
The songs in the pack right now aren’t the only ones from In A Glass House and Power And Glory planned. I will probably upgrade your drum customs when I get around to listening to the earlier albums.

Thanks! I mainly keep track of things in several files on my computer, but it doubles as another reminder for me. Usually it’s updated every time I get a few instruments or a sync done.
February 7, 2017 at 2:57 pm #481110I appreciate the updates, too.
While here… I know you got a lot here planned, but have you considered any from Kansas’s new(ish) album The Prelude Implicit?

I have yet to hear the whole album. I listened to With This Heart when they had those previews going on, but it wasn’t enough to get me to pre-order it. I’ll figure whether to do songs from it or not once I get the album.
