August 6, 2015 at 3:24 pm #452172What program is giving that error message, what exactly are you doing when it spits out that error message (list of steps, files involved, any and all details that might be relevant), and what is the exact text of the error message? It sounds like you’re in Magma, but assumptions are dangerous things.
If you’re willing, it also couldn’t hurt to offer the REAPER project file, and the audio files connected to it, somewhere for download.
August 6, 2015 at 7:07 pm #452187Thanks for replying but can I just msg you with the stuff?, and its the c3 magma thing or whatever it is. I’m sorry irk what half the stuff is lol, but I just charted guitar for expert, and want to get it on my game i’d wane know how to fix it & I can make a download link in a bit.

August 6, 2015 at 7:42 pm #452190I mean a few months back I knew a lot more but I recently got back into it and finished my first song I just don’t know how to convert it to a rb3con file.
Any little help would be appreciated sorry if I’m just like every other person asking for some help.
August 6, 2015 at 9:05 pm #452193You are welcome to message me, but you might get help more quickly if you share publicly. I won’t have a chance to look until later this (Thursday) evening. Also, since we are in fact talking about Magma, a cut-and-past of the program’s output, or at least the final messages where you see the error, will help. I understand you already gave what appears to be the error message, but showing the full text that Magma generates is usually the best way to go.
August 6, 2015 at 9:10 pm #452194I understand you already gave what appears to be the error messageI believe you’ve confused threads. I know, they’re so similar, one can easily be confused.

I was referring to this in the OP:
…it says no instrument is available.August 6, 2015 at 9:25 pm #452197That’s not much of a message. I thought you were referring to the other thread ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />
August 6, 2015 at 9:29 pm #452199Well all I know to share is this https://db.tt/oYQpzDDG that should be everything i’d really wana learn how to fix it but if anyone can help please & thank you. I’ve been sitting here for a few hours trying to figure it out lol its probably not that much to do either. If someone can msg me letting me know how to fix it please do so.
August 7, 2015 at 2:41 am #452209Your RPP project file asks for an MP3 that isn’t in in your dropbox. Is the “song audio” WAV file supposed to be what you feed REAPER, or is it what you got out of REAPER to feed Magma?
Based on what I see in the REAPER tracks, it appears you’re trying to create a custom with just a guitar chart. Are you making sure to uncheck all other instruments in Magma’s “Audio” and “Game Data” tabs? You can confirm this by looking at the “Difficulty” section on the “Game Data” tab. Any instruments that are not to be included will have their difficulty dots greyed out.
Also in REAPER, the “VENUE” track is muted which means it also would not be included in an exported MIDI file. I honestly don’t know if Magma requires a VENUE track, but for my projects when I want an auto-generated venue, I include that track and leave it empty other than the event for the track name.
If Magma is indeed where you are seeing the error, again, it would be helpful to include all of the text, or at least the lines labeled “ERROR” that Magma generates when you press the “BUILD” button. It might also help to create a Magma project file if you haven’t already (File->Save in Magma), so that we can see what options you’re selecting and how you’re adding your audio tracks to the project.
