So I’m charting a song where the vocalist says “rock and roll” and I’m not sure how to spell it for RB3.
Here’s a list of some variants I thought of using:

Generally you want to spell things correctly and without contraction unless you are absolutely positively certain the singer is intentionally singing something different. See here.
To further this, Most songs with lyrics that contain numbers usually use the words, and not the number For example: if a lyric to a song said,
“It’s 6 o’clock”
It would instead be charted as,
“It’s six o’clock”

It’s not that they usually use words, it’s that the rules require that they use words, as explained in the link right above your message…
Technically just like what Farottone said, unless the word may be pronounced in a different way or so, it’d be just defaulted to “rock and roll.” This is to my knowledge so I may not be correct but this is how I’d go with cases like this
