Hey.
I’ve been working on something for a while, and I’m at the point where trying to go back and keep making this right is more annoying than anything.
The bass pedal in my song is somewhat soft throughout, and buried in the mix (there isn’t really a “tell” in the audio curves to find them). I’m in need of someone to help me out, and hopefully someone with experience messing with EQ a bit to help pull out sounds. I’ve tried, but only been making things muddy and hard to hear (not getting any extra “pop”).
The song is Rush – The Garden, and I’m in the phase of fixing up the tracks for the Clockwork Angels release. The first (final) part is going to be Drums only as my partner has been very busy as of late and unable to finish up the band aspects, so I’m trying to get my parts out at least. I keep going back and making changes since I keep hearing and unhearing pedal hits, and it’s driving me mad.
Please send me a PM if you would be willing to help out, and I’ll send over the file. Please note that there is x2/x1 bass and reductions charted already, but just ignore those. I just need the x2 Expert bass charted out, and I’ll do the x1 and reductions myself.
Thank you, and we’ll give shout-out credit in the release to all who help!
