So, I can actually also not believe it, but I’ve charted my first custom to test the whole thing. After a lot of error fixing Magma (I have the latest C3 version) built correctly and made the con file.
I injected the file with Party Buffalo which always worked smoothly, but my custom doesn’t show up in the game. All other customs do, in fact I have also injected songs from yesterday’s release today just fine. I don’t have 256 songs yet either. I checked my custom in the “storage” section and it shows up fine, not corrupted or anything, like the other customs there. Just not in the game.
Any other ideas what the issue could be? Will also simply try to re-inject…
Is your song ID unique? In doubt always prefix your song ID with a shortname (I use “far_” for farottone). If it already is unique (meaning no other songs already in the game has the same song ID, usually based on the song’s title), change it (add a “v2”, in example) and retransfer.
Seems that was it, after doing it again and adding “V2” it worked. Thanks for the help! Now I’m off to fixing everything I hate about what I’ve done, and try and try again .. : )

Sounds like a regular testing day to me. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif”>
