My C3 Pro Keys FCs

Dreamtheaterfan has inspired me, and a recent playthrough of some Pro Keys songs after a couple months has convinced me I might need to do something like this. While I’m not going to try and FC every song C3 has done a Pro Keys part for, I am going to go for as many as I can. Doesn’t matter how short or easy; after having played through every DLC and RBN chart I own on Pro Keys (except for Chaotrope, because who wants to go through that), I am seeking more.
Feel free to drop requests if you want me to try a song sooner, though it should be known that there will be no real orderly schedule to this. I have to chart some of these too, y’know.

I’ve always wanted to play piano but I never had the patience to learn on my own and I’m too poor for lessons. Maybe in the future!

I can show you a FC video or screenshot of any song you pick…because it can be easily cheated by connecting the MIDI Pro Adapter to the PC and then using REAPER and the MIDI chart to simulate a perfect playback of keys, pro keys, drums, guitar or bass.
Not saying lowlander is doing that, just saying it’s possible.

I… cannot believe that I’ve never thought about the possibility of that.
That would be kinda hard to sync up well enough for an FC, though. MIDI to USB latency, plus having to hit play at almost exactly the right time… (might not be an issue for drums since the timing window is pretty huge, but idk about pro keys since I don’t really ever play it)

I first tried it back in 2011 or 2012, well before C3 since I remember posting about it on ScoreHero and Xbox360ISO.
You’d be surprised at how little latency there is for MIDI playback. It’s very low-tech, really. With high-precision mode enabled, it doesn’t lose sync at all, it just requires that you time the initial hitting of the play button in REAPER well. Once you do, watch it go. For testing purposes I tried it once with TU5 and got one of the top 5 scores in pro drums for that song
Then there’s also the concept of creating a “cheat” song…which I did to unlock many a challenge I was never going to achieve on my own. 5 star expert pro guitar? Check. 100% expert pro bass? check. And so on. But we digress. If there’s enough interest on it we can discuss it on another thread.

It is very hard to get a studio version of a song up there.

Cool single notes riff.
This part plays the harmonica. There were some tricky chords that almost caught me off-guard, but I managed a SRFC despite this.
Only two hard bits, those being of those quad arpeggios. Took a while to get down though. That gives me a full Blue Album Pro Keys FC, unless someone decides to add keys to My Name Is Jonas or Undone through RBHP. Not very prestigious, I know.

Fuck youtube and upload it to your google drive. Google drive allows you to stream videos as well and has no copyright shit.
Also the AUTO copyright strikes are of the past. You only get a strike (AFAIK) when you dispute it and lose.
I have over 100 copyright claims (all acknowledged) and not a single strike. I am a Youtube partner btw and I only had 2 videos blocked worldwide and they are sitting in my Google Drive for anyone to watch or download.

I’ve thinked about it, and even tested it for the fun of it, and nope. I was trying to sync it for Roundabout, sometimes I got the first sustains (2 first notes), but I never actually got it synced enough to hit the rest, I have tried about 20 times in a row.

I tried it for the fun of it, I wouldn’t use that to fake leaderboards/profiles.
That’s entirely different, as it requires modifying the charts in game. We’re talking about playing what’s already there. Any added anything you play breaks your multiplier the same as randomly hitting wrong notes.
