MSNBC app not streaming right

The MSNBC app was glitching hard when I tried to stream live news. I tried restarting my device and clearing the cache, but nothing helped. I finally had to reach out to contact msnbc. Turns out, they were having a system-wide issue. They advised reinstalling the app, and after that, everything worked fine.
