UPDATE 5/26/14 – Another video game custom, this one from the awesomely (Terrible) game Deadly Premonition, this one “The Woods and the Goddess”. This game, as those who have played it know, is the best, terrible game you will ever play. It’s SO bad, but something keeps you in, and makes you play to the end. It’s become a cult classic in the gaming community. This song plays during the main menu, and are one of the only 4 songs that repeat themselves in this game. All instruments are included in this one except drums.

 

Deadly Premonition stands out as one of the best games this past generation.

Open world aspect of this title took me by surprise when the game was released back in 2010, characters and story kept you hooked and the whole experience was very memorable (even if the shooting sections were on the monotonous side especially during the 2nd half of the game)

To be fair, the game has 48 tracks, not 4 (the game likes to use the same themes but perhaps for the comedic effect).

Good choice as the main theme is quite beautiful, I’d like to suggest George Woodman theme because it’s an awesomely rocking tune, if you ever plan to do another track that is (it gets going after first few measures):

Not to be self serving, but in Tails4Eva’s thread I saw people requesting certain video game themes, some of which are in this thread, so I wanted to bump this so some of the newer people to the community could check out what they might have over looked since I don’t update this thread very often.

UPDATE 8/28/14 – A custom from one of the best video games of all the “The Last of Us”. This is the self titled track from the game, it plays during the opening credits after the prologue. All instruments in this one. Guitar is the mandolin sounding guitar, bass is rhythm, keys are a mix between rhythm and orchestra, and vocals follow the main track.

For some reason none of your songs that I download show up in game. I haven’t had problems with any other songs, but for some reason yours aren’t showing up.

That’s weird I’ve never heard of that issue before, if anyone has had any trouble after putting the recent last of us theme or any others onto your system let me know. Did you try deleting your song cache? That’s helps most song showing up issues.

mrmet2087 I’ve downloaded many of your customs, never had a problem. MagmaOasis If you don’t want to delete the cache try making a pack of three or 4 songs with this song, usually that will work.

I have a very dear friend who has requested I get You’re Not Here from Silent Hill 3.

I saw that mrmet has it linked in the OP, but it’s a rough job and I can’t bring it in its current state to the bar we play at.

The user Rageer redid my song with animations and lip sync, but I’m not sure if he did all instruments or fixed the audio, but it’s not on his thread anymore. Might wanna ask him if he still has it. Also if not I still have all of the tempo map and original audio file if u want it to fix it up. The tempo map kinda sucks though, it was before I understood up beats and down beats, so ups and downs and downs are ups. It plays well in game, but it’s weird in reaper, but let me know if u want the sfuff

Hey everyone. I haven’t been on this forum in quite some time but I have a bunch of movie, TV show, video game, and “real” songs on here I created a few years back. Almost all of them are expert only but If anyone wants to take my stuff and put them on the database that might be helpful since I see there’s so many names here now I don’t recognize, and I don’t want them to have to go through the trouble and waste their time charting something when they can just take mine and adjust mine where most of the work is already done. Great to see this community still alive.

Would be nice if CAT difficulties were added. I pretty much had to delete all your customs from my library apart from ff7 boss battle, as none of my friends could play them or enjoy them.
